Nifty Futures Gaps!
Just watch the two large gaps. How far will Nifty move with these gaps?
It will be difficult for Nifty to move further.
Even if it moves, its a good opportunity to sell only.

ReplyDeleteI always read that large gaps are very powerful and generally the stock or index in this case will move considerablely in the direction of gap before stopping. All the commentary the I read and heard is saying that the nifty has not much to go and it seems you are also in agreement with that. Why will the nifty will find it difficult to move further technically?

ReplyDeleteThanks for the reply.If I read it correctly then one should treat this gap is of significance only if the index sustains above 5220 and trades above it sustainably. Which means the immediate move for the index will be towards 5220 and one should try to profit from it before taking a conclusive call about the breakout.
