Is Volatility going to play a spoil sport???

Above is the volatility Index of NSE India.
Do you find any co-relation between our Nifty and this Chart?
If you clearly observe, they both are indirectly proportional.........
VIX is taking strong support at 16 levels and if it starts moving up then, It is naturally going to kill our market for the short term.....
All the banks SBI, PNB, Bank Baroda have broken down below their strong supports...... Will they continue their down trend or just bounce back today? Today's trading is crucial. 
Its all a game going on.....
4 to 5 heavy counters are sufficient to hold the market and rest all can go down the drain easily........
Be cautious bro! Trade with strict levels and go counterwise..........
